About Jeff
Jeff Johnson is the Founder and Managing Partner of Lakeshore Holdings. Jeff recently completed assignments with Strategic Value Partners, Washington Prime Group as Interim Lead Director, and The Irvine Company. He is a Trustee of Denison University.
Jeff, working with other Lakeshore Principals, has completed over $70 billion of transactions. He worked with Sam Zell as Chief Investment Officer for over ten years, co-founded Lehman Brothers Real Estate Private Equity Business, and was CEO of the largest and best performing Daily NAV REIT.
